Frequently asked questions

About the directory: what it covers, and how to add or update a school.

What is this directory?

A listing of Chabad educational institutions worldwide: preschools, elementary schools, mesivtas, girls' high schools, seminaries and yeshivos gedolos. It is based on the Directory of Chabad Educational Institutions 5786, published by the Merkos Chinuch Office, with additional schools from chabad.org's center listings.

Our school isn't listed. How do we add it?

Use the “List your school” form. Every submission is reviewed before it appears.

How do we keep our listing up to date?

A school can be sent a private link to edit its own entry. Changes are reviewed before they go live. To get the link, or to send a correction, contact us.

Why is our pin in the wrong place on the map?

Pins are placed from each school's address. Where the street address couldn't be matched, the pin sits in the school's city. Contact us, or use your school's edit link, to correct it.

Where do the photos come from?

Building photos were collected from schools' own websites and other public sources. To replace or remove a photo, contact us.
